"We had the pleasure of having Tom represent us in 2009 when it came time to sell my parents home in Sunnyvale. A plain house from the 1960s that had never been upgraded and needed some work and is in a nice neighborhood. The economy was in the worst recession since the Great Depression and my wife and I were very skeptical if the house could be sold in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price considering the economy. Tom made no promises, but assured us that he would give us his best effort. WOW, did he ever.
